2025 DB Axavier Bridges-Brooks names Penn State his leader following visit

One of the top ranked prospects in Maryland for the class of 2025, safety Axavier Bridges-Brooks took a trip over to Penn State this past weekend and things couldn't have went much better for the Rock Creek Christian School prospect.

The 6-foot-2, 182-pounds defensive back spoke with Happy Valley Insider following the visit to recap the trip, talk about what he did and much more.

"It was a great visit, I had a blast," Bridges-Brooks told HVI. "I talked with the coaches a lot, went into a bunch of different meetings then spoke about the school and finally finished up with a photo shoot. I mean the facilities look great and all, but what caught my eye was how real the coaches are and how much love they show for the players and the game."

Now the Nittany Lions coaching staff has seen some changes over the past few months, especially at the top of the defense as Tom Allen has taken over for Manny Diaz as the program's new defensive coordinator.

Bridges-Brooks was able to meet up with Coach Allen and had some really good things to say about him.
