The last in-state quarterback Penn State seriously pursued was Beau Pribula in the 2022 class. Now the Nittany Lions are going after class of 2025 Royersford (Pa.) Spring Ford quarterback Matt Zollers. The four-star now holds a total of five scholarship offers but the Penn State offer seems to have made an impact.
