Breaking Down What Penn State is Getting in Transfer WR Dante Cephas

When the transfer portal season kicked off back in December Penn State had a very clear top need. That need was wide receiver. To the credit of James Franklin, Mike Yurcich, and the rest of the Nittany Lion staff they were able to add one of the best wide receivers to enter the portal this offseason.

That wide receiver was Kent State standout Dante Cephas. A Pittsburgh native, Cephas had a longstanding relationship with the Nittany Lion coaching staff and was a high school teammate of nickel back Daequan Hardy.
