Penn State among those interested in former Michigan QB commit
The Penn State Nittany Lions are among the programs who have reached out and shown preliminary interest in Michigan quarterback commit and top-100 prospect Carter Smith, Happy Valley Insider has confirmed.
The Nittany Lions were one of the top teams for the Fort Meyer, Florida commitment prior to his commitment to Michigan last November. Smith is ranked by Rivals as the No. 95 overall player in the country and the No. 4 dual-threat quarterback.
