Penn State running back target set to make commitment next week
Penn State 2025 running back target Tiqwai Hayes on Tuesday morning announced that he will be making a commitment announcement next Monday, September 25. The announced decision will come just two days after Hayes makes a trip to Penn State for the Nittany Lions' annual White Out game against Iowa.
