The Celtics will start their 2023-2024 season on Wednesday night against the New York Knicks at 7:00 p.m. with the game televised nationally on ESPN.

Pickett, who was drafted 32nd overall in this past June's NBA Draft, will begin his career with the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday night. During the preseason, Pickett played in five games, playing a quality role in four of them. His best performance was a seven point, three rebound game for Denver in a 116-102 win over Chicago. The game will be televised nationally on TNT.

Lundy, another 2023 draft pick begins his career in Atlanta with the Hawks after being drafted 46th overall. Lundy played in all five of Atlanta's preseason games including recording a pair of eight point performances against Cleveland and New Orleans in less than 10 minutes on the court. He also had a five-point, four-rebound performance against Memphis. Lundy will like his former teammate in Pickett, will have a reserve/rotational role this season. The Hawks are set to take on the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.
