Four-star JUCO defensive back Sioine Laulea has released his top five, which has included the Penn State Nittany Lions.
Making the top five for Laulea alongside the Nittany Lions are Oklahoma, USC, Oregon, and Miami.

Laulea is coming off a visit to Penn State over the weekend for the Nittany Lions' annual Lasch Bash; he also visited Happy Valley in June for an official visit with the program. The only school that the College of San Mateo product took an official visit to but did not include in his top five was Utah. Notably, he did not take official visits to Oklahoma.
Penn State's 2024 recruiting class currently holds 24 commitments and is ranked 10th in the Rivals team recruiting rankings.
