Penn State's 2025 recruiting class already has 12 commitments, putting the class at just around the halfway point of being finished. While the Nittany Lions have certainly done a great job of getting the ball rolling quickly in the class, there still remains plenty of top targets on the board for the Nittany Lions this cycle.
