OL Anton Harrison sets PSU visit

Penn State will host Washington, D.C., resident and four-star offensive lineman Anton Harrison next month for an unofficial visit.

The 6-foot-5, 330 pound offensive tackle will take advantage of Archbishop Carroll's spring break and visit University Park on Monday, March 25, for Penn State's seventh spring practice. It'll be Harrison's fourth time on campus. Back in April, he attended a spring practice. He then returned for the staff's Big Man Challenge in June before attending the game against Maryland at the end of November.

During a previous interview, Harrison said that Penn State is, "definitely up towards the top of my list. I’ve always liked the way they play football, but now that I’ve gotten to see them, I also really like their facilities and their coaches. They’re up there.”

Harrison has earned more than 20 verbal scholarship offers. Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, West Virginia and Wisconsin are some of the top schools. He also took an unofficial visit to Maryland this past weekend.

A member of the Rivals250, Harrison is the fourth-ranked prospect in Maryland and the 18th-ranked offensive tackle for 2020.

He's one of a few 2020 prospects that have now confirmed that they plan to watch a spring practice next month. Massachusetts OL Zak Zinter, confirmed earlier this week that he also plans to be on campus in March. Another New England prospect, WR Jaden Dottin, confirmed that he'll visit Penn State about a week earlier, March 16.
