Ryan Snyder introduces Nittany Lion fans to some of Penn State's top quarterback prospects in the Class of 2022Â
Quarterback is one position that Penn State fans should feel good about in the year's to come. When you add in 2021 four-star Christian Veilleux, Kirk Ciarrocca's room may be as deep as its been under James Franklin's lead.
However, transfers are more common than ever before, and with four quarterbacks expected to have sophomore or freshman eligibility this time next year, that could be something to watch for after the 2020 season. If a transfer were to happen, the Class of 2022 could be an excellent opportunity for the staff to take more than one quarterback.
So, who should you be following? We breakdown PSU's top prospects here:
Schools: Penn State, Boston College, Georgia Tech, LSU, Miami, Michigan, Michigan St., Nebraska, Ohio St., Rutgers, West Virginia, Wisconsin
Angeli camped at Penn State in June 2019. He then visited for the season opener against Idaho and left town with a scholarship offer. His brother actually attended Penn State, and Angeli has made it very clear that he has serious interest in the Nittany Lions. Angeli is set to become the full-time starter at Bergen Catholic this upcoming season.
