While the transfer portal isn’t officially open, players from across the country have begun to announce their intentions to enter the portal come Monday.

With that, Penn State has begun to show interest in several transfer portal targets and Nittany Nation has learned of other players the Nittany Lions plan on targeting as well once the portal officially opens.
