As Penn State finishes up its 2023 recruiting class, they're already well into beginning their 2024 recruiting class efforts. The Nittany Lions currently hold one commitment in the 2024 recruiting cycle from McDowell (PA.) offensive lineman Cooper Cousins and are putting themselves in strong positions for several additional 2024 prospects. One of those prospects is St. James (AL) quarterback KJ Jackson.
