Six Penn State commits land in the final Rivals250 rankings for 2024

Rivals has released their final update to the Rivals250 rankings for the class of 2024 and Penn State is well-represented in the latest update with six committed prospects making the list.

With that being said, let's take a look at who the six recruits are and where they landed in the rankings.

NEW RANKING: 110

PREVIOUS RANKING: 215

The longest-tenured Penn State commit, Cousins saw a huge bump in his ranking in the final update of the rankings as he jumped up over 100+ spots in the rankings and is now the Nittany Lions highest ranked commit in 2024. He also makes the jump from the 12th overall offensive guard to the No. 5 overall guard.

NEW RANKING: 125

PREVIOUS RANKING: 59

Martin is now the second highest-ranked recruit in the WeAre24 recruiting class, coming in at No. 125 nationally after a drop in the rankings this go around. Along with that, Martin currently ranks as the No. 8 overall running back in the country. He also moved to the No. 2 overall prospect in the state of Pennsylvania for his recruiting class.

NEW RANKING: 194

PREVIOUS RANKING: 190

The former quarterback turned tight end prospect, is one of the highest risers in the rankings this cycle going from unranked to solidly in the top 250. Along with being ranked No. 194 overall, he also sits as the No. 9 overall tight end in his class.

NEW RANKING: 213

PREVIOUS RANKING: Unranked

The two-way lineman out of Massachusetts was originally ranked No. 249 overall in the previous update, but dropped out as several others reclassified into the 2024 class and gave him the bump. However after a strong senior season, Andrews made a big leap in the latest rankings going from outside the top 250 to No. 213 overall. He also ranks as the No. 19 overall strong-side defensive end.

NEW RANKING: 233

PREVIOUS RANKING: 214

The future Penn State signal caller just made his debut appearance in the Rivals250 rankings back in December and he gets locked in the top 250 with the most recent update, landing at No. 233 overall.

NEW RANKING: 244

PREVIOUS RANKING: 226

Jackson has a slight drop in the final update today, but still remains ranked within the top 250. Jackson is a high football IQ linebacker that the Nittany Lions believe they'll be able to trust in the middle of the field in a few years.
