Penn State signed 19 prospects last month, but the 2019 class is far from finished.

James Franklin told the media during his Signing Day press conference that there's "a little bit of wiggle room left," hinting that the staff sits in a good position with a handful of players.

It's no secret that the Lions still need to add players on both the offensive and defensive lines. They'd also like to add at least one player at wide receiver and safety.
