What We Learned from Penn State Media Day 2022

On Saturday, Penn State Football hosted its annual media day at Beaver Stadium. Head coach James Franklin, offensive coordinator Mike Yurcich, defensive coordinator Manny Diaz, and special teams coordinator Stacey Collins all met with the media in the Beaver Stadium media room before the rest of the staff and players met with the media on the field.

Here's what we learned on Saturday.

Penn State is expecting big things out of their wide receiver room in 2022

"The depth is not even close compared to last year," is what James Franklin had to say about the Nittany Lions wide receiver room entering this season. "I feel the group has the ability to match or exceed the production from the wide receiver group last," he would later add.
