Penn State Football's dominant showing on the recruiting trail this June continued recently as they added one of New York's best in wide receiver Josiah Brown.
Not too long after the commitment, Happy Valley Insider spoke with Holy Trinity High School assistant coach / Recruiting Coordinator, Andre West to help break down what Penn State is getting in the three-star wide receiver.
